How does the Mini Match work?
You send me your inspiration and size info. I browse my current shop inventory and handpick 3–5 pieces that match your vibe.
What happens after I purchase the Premium Thrift or VIP Wardrobe Refresh Match?
You’ll receive a quick form to help me understand your style and wishlist. Then I begin your 2-week/3-week personal thrift hunt!
Can I make special requests (like modest wear or event styling)?
Absolutely! I love a theme or occasion. Let me know your needs in the intake form or email.
What if I don’t love any of the items you pick for me?
No pressure to buy — especially with the Mini Match. For Premium and VIP, the styling fee covers the time and sourcing, but there’s never any obligation to purchase the items. Although it is my goal to find you something you love.
Are the $49 and $79 styling fees refundable?
They aren’t, since they reflect the personalized service and time invested. But you do get a $10/$15 credit respectively toward any item(s) from your curated picks.
How long does it take to ship out my picks?
Mini Match: within 3–5 business days after your approval. Premium and VIP: after your intake form is submitted, it can take up to 2/3 weeks respectively to ship out your final choices.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
Because most items are one-of-a-kind and secondhand, all sales are final. However, I’m always here to help guide sizing and fit questions in advance! Plus I make sure that all items aren't damaged prior to shipping.
How do I track my order once it ships?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
How do I know the items will fit me or look good on me once I receive them?
I take care to choose items that match your size range, style goals, and preferences. I also include measurements and can work with photos of your closet or body type if you'd like extra guidance! Also note that full body measurements should be included on the intake form for the personal shopper experiences.
What if I want to gift a styling session to someone else?
Love that! Just note it’s a gift at checkout or email me, and I’ll create a little digital card or custom message to send them.
Can I use my credit right away?
Yes — your $10 Premium Thrift Match or $15 VIP Wardrobe Refresh credit can be used on any of the items I select for you.
