Once you purchase your chosen experience, you’ll receive a quick intake form so I can learn more about your style, sizes, preferences, and wishlist. From there, I begin your personalized thrift hunt based on the service you selected.

What happens after I purchase the Premium Thrift Match or VIP Wardrobe Refresh?

You’ll receive a quick form to help me understand your style and wishlist. Then I begin your 2-week or 3-week personal thrift hunt.

Can I make special requests like modest wear or event styling?

Absolutely. I love a theme or occasion. Let me know your needs in the intake form or by email.

What if I don’t love any of the items you pick for me?

There’s never any obligation to purchase the items I select. The styling fee covers the time, research, and personalized sourcing that go into your experience, but it is always my goal to find you something you truly love.

Are the $79 and $120 styling fees refundable?

No. These fees are non-refundable because they reflect the personalized service, time, and sourcing involved. However, you do receive a $10 credit with Premium Thrift Match or a $15 credit with VIP Wardrobe Refresh toward any item(s) you choose from your curated picks.

How long does it take to receive my picks?

Premium Thrift Match includes a 2-week sourcing window. VIP Wardrobe Refresh includes a 3-week sourcing window. Once your intake form is submitted, I begin curating your personalized selections.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because most items are one-of-a-kind and secondhand, all sales are final. However, I’m always happy to help answer sizing or fit questions in advance, and I make sure items are carefully checked before shipping.

How do I track my order once it ships?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

How do I know the items will fit me or look good on me?

I take care to choose items that match your size range, style goals, and preferences. I also include measurements and can work from photos of your closet or body type if you'd like extra guidance. Full body measurements should also be included on your intake form for the most personalized experience possible.

What if I want to gift a styling session to someone else?

Love that. Just note that it’s a gift at checkout or send me an email, and I’ll create a little digital card or custom message to go along with it.

Can I use my credit right away?

Yes. Your $10 Premium Thrift Match or $15 VIP Wardrobe Refresh credit can be used toward any of the items I select for you.
